On October 30, 2026, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Sirojiddin Muhriddin received the copy of the Letters of Credence from the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Arab Emirates to the Republic of Tajikistan Mr. Nasser Huwaiden Thaiban Ali AlKetbi.

During the meeting, both sides exchanged views on priority areas of bilateral relations, as well as cooperation within international and regional organizations, and expressed their readiness to further strengthen bilateral and multilateral cooperation of mutual interest.

Welcoming the new Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates, the Minister of Foreign Affairs wished him every success in the fulfilment of his diplomatic mission.
