Meeting with the Assistant Director-General of UNESCO for Natural Sciences

On December 8, 2022 in Paris on the sidelines of the UN-Water Summit on Groundwater, which is taking place in UNESCO Headquarters, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan, Chairman of the National Commission of the Republic of Tajikistan for UNESCO Sirojiddin Muhriddin met with Assistant Director-General of UNESCO for Natural Sciences Ms. Shamila Nair-Beduelle.

During the meeting, the topical issues of the global agenda on water and climate were touched upon.

Shamila Nair-Beduelle highly appreciated the role of Tajikistan as an initiator country on global water issues.
