On March 13, 2023, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan Farhod Salim received the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to the Republic of Tajikistan Imran Haider upon the completion of his diplomatic mission.

During the meeting both sides expressed satisfaction with the achieved level of mutually beneficial relations between the two countries. Both sides also highlighted their interest in developing cooperation in the economic, investment and cultural areas.
